Amanda Jane Stephens has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amanda Jane served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Parra Consulting Group, Inc., where they partnered with business leaders to establish and implement recruitment strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Technical Recruiter at UCS and provided innovative business and technology solutions. Amanda Jane also worked at Stillwater Human Capital LLC as a Veteran Recruiting Specialist and Technical Recruiter, where they managed recruitment processes for technical candidates in the Intelligence and IT community. Amanda Jane has also held positions at Information Innovators Inc., PESystems, Inc., Club 10 Fitness, Frontier Communications, Mean Bean Coffee Company, United States Department of Defense, and Target, where they gained experience in operations management, customer relations, and leadership roles.

Amanda Jane Stephens pursued their education chronologically, starting from 1998 to 2002 at Meadowdale High School, where they completed their general studies. Amanda Jane then continued their educational journey at Drury University from 2012 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in the Sciences of Psychology and Sociology with a focus on Human Behavior and Organizational Effectiveness. Additionally, in February 2019, Amanda obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Awareness and Insider Threat Awareness from the Center for Development of Security Excellence.
