Jo Armstrong

Jo Armstrong, Director of Fundraising, Marketing, Volunteering and Communication, is an experienced non-profit practitioner. Jo has a wealth of experience across the sector and has been serving in the non-profit industry for the last decade, including on a board.

Jo is passionate about being part of an organisation that works to improve the lives of others and her work was recognise through her nomination as a finalist for Woman of the West in 2018. Jo strives to achieve sustainability through efficiencies and revenue growth and is driven by the outcomes seen within the community. Jo has a strong alignment with the values of Parramatta Mission, which are grace, inclusion, dignity, faith and hope.

Jo has an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBAe) as well as a Graduate Certificate in Non Profit Management and has recently been awarded a scholarship for a Doctorate in Business Leadership, focussing on values based leadership, which will be completed in 2023.
