Astrid Garduño

Astrid Garduño has diverse work experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Astrid worked as a People Analyst at Parrot since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a People Ops Assistant at Lalamove from 2021 to 2023. Astrid also gained experience as an HR Trainee - Compensation and Benefits at Afore XXI Banorte where they were responsible for job description updates and incident reporting.
