Scott Ross

Scott Ross, CISSP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology since May 2019. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Techelon Solutions in January 2019. Additionally, they have held various managerial roles at Parsons Corporation, including Senior IT Manager, IT Manager, Senior IT Analyst, and Corporate Network Administrator from 2012 to 2019. Scott has also worked as a PC Support Technician II at Jacobs Technology in 2012 and as a Helpdesk Technician at Camber Corporation in 2011. Scott started their career as a PC Support Technician at Jacobs Technology in 2010 and as a Helpdesk Technician at TEK Systems in the same year. Scott gained experience as a Technical Support Representative at CoachComm in 2009. Furthermore, Scott Ross has been serving as a Board Member at the ALABAMA TECHNOLOGY FOUNDATION since June 2021 and will be joining Parry Labs as the Director of Computer and Information Systems in August 2022.

Scott Ross, CISSP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Information Systems Management from Auburn University. In addition to their degree, they have acquired various certifications, including CISSP from (ISC)² in January 2018, ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in December 2013, Security+ from CompTIA in December 2009, and Network+ from CompTIA in April 2009.
