Erin Lang

Erin Lang, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erin currently works at Parsable as the Senior Director of People Operations, where they are responsible for connecting frontline industrial workers to the tools and systems needed to enhance their productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability. Prior to this, Erin held the role of Director of People Operations at Parsable, where they played a crucial role in improving the lives of workers in various industries.

Before joining Parsable, Erin worked at Practice Fusion as the Director of People Operations, overseeing onboarding, benefits, HR technology, compliance, and serving as the HR Business Partner for multiple departments. Erin also worked as a Senior Manager and People Operations Manager at Practice Fusion, where they gained extensive experience in managing HR functions.

Earlier in their career, Erin served as an HR Generalist at Exponential, where they handled benefits programs, leaves of absence, immigration filings, and managed compliance programs. Erin also played a role in implementing and maintaining the Workday HCM system. Additionally, Erin worked as the Benefits Programs Administrator at Charlotte Russe, where they developed and administered benefits and rewards programs for a large number of employees.

Furthermore, Erin has experience working at The Active Network as an HR Representative, where they administered employee benefit plans, conducted new hire orientation, and provided ongoing HR support. Erin also worked as an HR Assistant, assisting senior HR executives with administrative functions. Erin Lang, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Development, which they obtained from the University of California, Davis. Erin completed their undergraduate studies from 2002 to 2006.

In 2008, Erin pursued further education and obtained a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies. Erin completed this program in 2010.

Additionally, Erin has acquired two additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in June 2022, they obtained the Connected Worker® Professional Certification Examination from Parsable.
