Overview:

We are looking for a sales support admin/customer service representative to join our growing team. You will provide phone and email support, in a fast-paced environment, to our customers and our reseller channel partners as well as to the outside sales team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of the sales cycle and has the ability to learn our product line and be able to recommend the correct product for customer-specific applications. You must be detail-oriented and pride yourself on a job well done. You should be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. This is NOT a sales job or a path to a sales job. Responsibilities
Enter customer orders with minimum supervision and complete tasks related to customer’s accounts.
Manage CRM and enter/track opportunities within CRM.
Communicate accurately and professionally with account managers and executives to develop specific sales support strategies.
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and be able to effectively present the information to customers/resellers.
Interact with our shipping department to ensure product is shipping on time and the customer has tracking information.
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Skills
Minimum 5 year proven work experience in sales support and/or customer service
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skills
Bachelors degree or Associates degree in relevant field, a plus

Pay: $50,000 + Quarterly Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:00
