Iain Cooper

Iain Cooper is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across prominent corporations. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Parsons Corporation, Iain leads the Finance team for Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited since June 2023. Prior to this, Iain spent 14 years at Jacobs, where significant roles included Senior Director Finance, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Director Taxation for the APAC, Middle East, and India regions. Iain has a strong background in tax strategy and financial management, having established tax strategies for multiple regions and contributed to significant corporate mergers and acquisitions. Iain's academic credentials include an MBA from UCL, a Master's in Tax Law from the University of Sydney, and several professional qualifications in accounting and taxation.
