Senior Director Of Service Delivery at ParTech

Lee Crook has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and software industry. Lee started their career at NCR Canada Ltd., where they worked as a Field Engineer and later as a Services Account Manager, managing major POS accounts. Lee then joined Metafore as an Account Executive, handling solution design, sales, and account management for enterprise technology solutions.

Crook then moved to PAR Canada, where they held the role of Manager of Software Professional Services & Support, overseeing all software services for the PixelPoint software suite. Lee was later promoted to the position of Senior Director PixelPoint Platform and PAR Canada, responsible for product management and ownership of the PixelPoint software platform, as well as general management responsibilities for PAR Canada.

Following their time at PAR Canada, Crook joined PAR Technology as the Senior Director of Product Management, leading the hospitality software product management team for the Brink and PixelPoint products. Lee then took on the role of Senior Director of Product - International, focusing on software product management and strategy for ParTech's international market regions.

Currently, Crook holds the position of Senior Director of Service Delivery at PAR Technology. In this role, they lead the Service Delivery organization, which includes the PMO, field operations, and installations teams. Lee'smain focus is on improving efficiency and profitability through the application of product management and software development methodologies.

Throughout their career, Crook has demonstrated expertise in product management, software services, and account/project management. Lee has also built strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and integration networks.

Lee Crook attended Fanshawe College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Business Information Systems with a focus in Computer Science and Business. Lee then attended The George Washington University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Project Management but did not earn a degree. From 1994 to 1998, Lee attended the AT&T School of Business and studied Management and Business Communication without earning a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Lee Crook obtained the PMC-VI certification from Pragmatic Marketing in May 2016, and the Supervisory Leadership certification from MACNY - The Manufacturers Association in May 2015.
