Nicole Blackman has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Nicole is currently working as the Chief of Staff - Data Central at PAR Technology since 2022. Prior to this, they pursued their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and worked as an MBA Intern at McDonald's in 2021.

Before their MBA, Nicole held significant roles at the Charlotte Hornets, where they served as the Senior Manager of Innovation & Esports and later as the Manager of Mobile Strategy from 2017 to 2020. At Charlotte Hornets, they led digital and technology-based initiatives, including the launch of the team's esports franchise and the development of an arena-facing mobile app.

In 2015, Nicole worked as a Communications Coordinator at the Milwaukee Brewers and as a Communications Intern at the Tiger Woods Foundation. Nicole also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at the NFL Players Association in 2014.
