Marianna Murphy

Marianna joins Parthenon as Operations Coordinator. She brings 4+ years of experience specializing in pediatric healthcare and fundraising. Most recently, Marianna was the lead Pediatric Orthopedic Medical Assistant at Orthopedic Affiliates, where she managed the flow of outpatient clinic care, executed efficient departmental systems and procedures, and led team onboarding and new employee training. Previously, she supported the Boston-based ALSAC / St. Jude Children's Research Hospital philanthropy team in managing donor communication, creating marketing materials, and organizing major fundraising events. Marianna received her BS in Exercise Physiology and Graduate Certificate in Health Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Marianna is excited to contribute to the Parthenon team by supporting employee experience and all operational tasks. In her free time, she enjoys running, operating a freelance photography business, and coaching youth athletics.
