Rakesh Sarma M.D.

Rakesh Sarma, MD, is a seasoned primary care physician currently practicing at PartnerMD since February 2023, and serving as Clinical Lead and Physician Peer Coach at VITAL WorkLife since June 2020. Rakesh is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Sarma Integrative Medicine since April 2021, where the focus is on integrating various modalities to enhance patient health and wellbeing. With over 20 years of medical expertise, Rakesh employs techniques from Integrative and Functional Medicine, as well as coaching principles including Somatic Experiencing and Enneagram approaches. Additional experience includes consulting at Chenega Tri-Services, practicing as a PRN Primary Care Physician at Piedmont Healthcare, and leading Organic Holistic Modalities, LLC. Educational credentials include an MD from the American University of the Caribbean and completion of an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
