Jeff Bacon has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Jeff began their career in 2000 as a Java Developer at Sun Microsystems, where they designed one of the first MIDP applications. In 2001, they moved to Zucotto Wireless as a Software Developer, where they integrated the MIDP and CLDC TCK packages into an automated testing system. In 2002, they joined Idokorro Mobile Inc. as a Software Developer, where they developed software for BlackBerry devices. In 2003, they began working at Magmic Inc. as a Creative Developer, designing and developing mobile games. Jeff then moved into a Director of Engineering role, followed by a Director of Product Management role, where they were responsible for defining and driving the engineering department's process. In 2011, they joined bitHeads, inc. as the Director of Mobile Strategy, where they developed mobile strategies and products for clients. In 2012, they became the Director of Production at Fuel Industries, where they owned the entire production process from project kickoff to delivery. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of TSH Consulting Inc., providing consulting services for digital strategy, product design, website/app engagement, and technology implementations. In 2020, they joined Arctic Leaf Inc. as a Solutions Architect. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at QCEX as the Chief Technology Officer and at PartnerPortal.io as a Technical Architect and Developer.

Jeff Bacon obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science, Minor in Business from Carleton University between 1998 and 2003. Jeff also holds four certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (May 2020), AWS Certified Developer – Associate (June 2020), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (June 2020), and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (June 2020).
