Felix Grond

Felix Grond has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Cloud Center of Excellence and previous roles including Head of IT Strategy, Head of Architecture & Standards, and Head of Group Core Systems at PartnerRe since September 2003, Felix is responsible for all Group Systems. Prior to PartnerRe, Felix held the position of Director and Head of Application Development and Support at Zurich Financial Services, overseeing the development and support of international insurance and reinsurance applications. Early career experience includes project management at EOP AG and leading PC Application Development at Winterthur Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed the development of applications for reinsurance and international insurance departments. Felix's educational background includes advanced studies at IMD Lausanne and significant coursework at institutions such as WISS Zurich and ZHAW.
