Ornella Dalmazzo is an experienced consultant with a career spanning over a decade in various roles related to administration, health, and institutional strengthening. Currently serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009, Ornella has previously held key positions such as Head of Administration at O.S. and Consultant for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Additional expertise includes advisory roles at the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Health, focusing on procurement, human resources, and financial planning.
