Tenisha Gist

Tenisha Gist is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director at Partners for Better Housing since July 2021, Tenisha focuses on strategic vision and operational effectiveness to drive organizational change. Prior experience includes a decade with the City of Fayetteville as Community Center Director, where Tenisha promoted youth development and community resource accessibility. Additional roles comprise Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arkansas, Activity Therapist at Northwest Health System, and Recreational Therapist Assistant at Vista Health System. Tenisha holds a Master of Education in Recreation Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Mississippi.
