Freda Spencer

Freda Spencer is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Partners for Justice since April 2023, Freda previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Berenji & Associates and as a Staff Attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender.
