The Quality and Analytics Team at Partners Health Plan (PHP) is responsible for ensuring the high standards of care and efficiency in serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). They apply data-driven insights and advanced analytical tools to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance. By working closely with other departments and local providers, they help create and maintain comprehensive, personalized Life Plans that address the health, safety, and personal needs of participants.
