Carle Lopez has been working in the field of leadership and performance since 2021, when they became a Leadership & Performance Expert at Culture Partners. Prior to this, they were a Sales Enablement Expert at Miller Heiman Group from 2003 to 2021. Before that, they were Managing Partner at Complex Sales Academy from 2002 to 2003. Carle is currently also the President of Industrie Performance 4.0 (IP 4.0). From 2000 to 2002, they were General Manager at Alstom, and from 1995 to 2000, they were General Manager at Meggitt. From 1992 to 1995, they were Sales Manager and Product Manager at Yokogawa. Carle began their career in 1985 as a Sales Account Manager and System Engineer at Hewlett-Packard France.

Carle Lopez obtained a Master of Science in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon between 1979 and 1984. In 2003, they took courses in Miller Heiman Group in BtoB Sales and Sales Management, including the LAMP - Large Account Management Process and Strategic Selling courses. In 2005, they took a Manager's Coaching course in Miller Heiman Group. In 2009, they took a Profiles Sales Assessment course in Profiles International - Wiley for Talent Assessment.
