Karol Pelletier-SHRM-SCP (She/Her)

Karol Pelletier-SHRM-SCP has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 1999. Karol began their career at PIC in 1999 as the Director of Human Resources, providing global human resources strategy for talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, succession planning, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and corporate and social responsibility strategy. In 2007, they joined Hormel Foods as an HR Business Partner and Corporate Manager of Culture, providing HR strategy for talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, succession planning, employee relations, culture transformation and diversity and inclusion. Karol also served as the Corporate Manager of Culture and Corporate Learning and Development Manager at Hormel Foods. In 2019, they became the Executive Vice President of Client Success at Culture Partners (formerly Partners In Leadership), where they are accountable for expanding the vision and client engagements of the Private Equity owned consulting firm to grow the client base and become recognized as the premier global Culture Management firm.

Karol Pelletier-SHRM-SCP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1985 and 1990. Karol also holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
