Alison Bucknall

Alison Bucknall is an experienced Senior People & Culture Manager at Partners in Performance, an international management consultancy, since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alison served as People and Culture Manager at The NRMA from May 2018 to June 2022, contributing to Australia's largest member-owned subscription business. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager for Nilfisk, overseeing HR functions across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and India.
