Chief Customer Officer at Partners Life

Kris Ballantyne is the current Chief Customer Engagement Officer at Partners Life. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at Unique Solutions and Advice Limited from January 2010 to September 2011. Kris has also worked as a Processing Specialist at ING Life (NZ) Limited from February 2007 to January 2010 where they were part of a small "Operations Taskforce" team. Her duties included all facets of Operations and overlap into UAT and IT. This involved new and existing business processing, cancellation and arrears processing, underwriting administration, UAT testing of new hardware and software releases and/or upgrades.

Kris Ballantyne reports to Naomi Ballantyne, Managing Director. They are on a team with Anton Gardiner - Chief Actuary, Trish Meakin - Chief People Officer, and Andries Van Graan - Chief of Adviser Distribution.
