William D. Webber, CAE, CVA has a diverse work experience in various organizations. William started their career in 2011 as a Spanish Tutor in a private home. William then worked as an Assistant To The Director at IAU College in 2013. From 2012 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Fredonia - State University of New York, including Head Student Assistant, Student Representative, and Committee Member. In 2015, they worked as an English Program Coordinator at IC - Florida. William then served as a Substitute Teacher at Fredonia School District in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Summer Associate at State University of New York at Fredonia and served as a Committee Member for Mission/Vision Statement for College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS). In 2016, they worked as an Intern at NAFSA: Association of International Educators and as an Express Advisor/Resource Room Assistant at George Washington University. William returned to NAFSA in 2017 as a Senior Coordinator, where they supported planning and implementation of professional development events and managed technical aspects of department services and products. In 2018, they joined Partners of the Americas as an Associate Director, where they led the Membership Unit and developed initiatives to strengthen volunteer-led chapters.

William D. Webber, CAE, CVA has a diverse education history. William obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Education from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, graduating between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they studied at the State University of New York at Fredonia from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French and Spanish, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Studies. William completed their secondary education at Brushton-Moira Central School District, receiving an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors between 1999 and 2011. Additionally, William D. Webber, CAE, CVA has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Some of these certifications include a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, a Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
