Joann Billman

JoAnn Billman has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and collections, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of Collections at Partners Pharmacy since November 2016. Prior to this role, JoAnn held the position of Director of Private Pay Collections and Special Accounts at Omnicare, Inc. from July 2006 to October 2016, where responsibilities included monitoring and managing corporate collection portfolios. Earlier in JoAnn's career, experience as a Paralegal at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss involved leading a team to resolve pending hearings and managing attorney calendars, while prior work as a Bankruptcy Specialist at Provident Bank provided foundational skills. JoAnn earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Mount St. Joseph University between 2010 and 2014.
