Kathy Freeman serves on the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team where she supports efforts to improve program effectiveness by managing survey administration, providing accurate and insightful analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, and producing clear and informative internal and external reports. Kathy promotes a culture of evaluation and learning among the Partnership, supporting the development and implementation of trainings and workshops which build knowledge and capacity of the Partnership on various monitoring and evaluation topics. Kathy’s experience as a Kindergarten teacher in public Title 1 schools inform her passion for evaluation practices which work collaboratively with communities and utilize accessible, equitable and inclusive methodologies allowing stakeholders the ability to make decisions which are representative of community needs.
