Kevin Johnson, II

Kevin Johnson leads the strategy, development and implementation of federal hiring solutions and services. Previously, Kevin oversaw the strategic direction of a portfolio of leadership development programs at the Partnership, as well as designed and facilitated sessions for a wide range of topics and federal audiences at all levels. Prior to joining the Partnership, Kevin led all diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at Battelle Memorial Institute, and earned his entry into a public service career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana. Kevin is inspired by Colin Powell, a man who broke through many barriers in the military and diplomacy and was guided by his unwavering core values and leadership principles.
