Chelsea Ross

Chelsea Ross has extensive experience in nonprofit management and community development, currently serving as the Executive Director and previously in multiple leadership roles at the Partnership for Strong Communities since 2020. As a Board Member at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Chelsea contributes strategic insights from a governance perspective. Prior experience includes key positions at CSH, the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, and Seabury, where Chelsea focused on program management, fund development, and marketing strategies to support at-risk populations and enhance occupancy in care programs. Chelsea holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Connecticut State University.
