Kelly Colman has extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Member of Space & International at the Aerospace Industries Association since August 2024, and as Chief Growth Officer at Xenesis, focusing on advanced laser optic networking solutions. As CEO and Founder of Proper Picnic, LLC since March 2016, Kelly has led initiatives in business strategy and digital transformation while promoting unique picnic experiences. Kelly also provides executive coaching through Partnership Leaders and previously at Sales Impact Academy, supporting corporate transformation in partnership management. Past roles include Head of Sales at MedBridge, Global Product Owner at SalesTrip, and various leadership positions at SAP Concur, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic consulting and ecosystem development. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
