Jamie Peffley

Jamie Peffley has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. They started their career with an internship at Janell Berte Bridal, where they assisted in pattern making and construction of wedding dresses. They then worked as a Sales Associate at Etienne Aigner, where they maintained client relations and generated high sales volume.

Jamie's experience in sourcing and product development began with their role as a Cooperative Education student at Target Sourcing Services / AMC. They assisted account managers in sourcing and development for various accounts, including Marmaxx Home. During this time, they also designed children's plaques and Christmas dinnerware.

After that, Jamie worked as a Senior Associate Account Manager at Target, where they managed accounts for Bloomingdales, Gander Mountain, and Studio Merchandising Inc. They were responsible for the sourcing and development of various private label accounts and played a role in landing new accounts and launching new product categories and brands.

Jamie then joined William E. Connor & Associates Ltd. as an Account Manager. In this role, they managed product development, strategic global sourcing, and procurement for Bloomingdale's and Dillard's private label retail brands. They were accountable for line development, production management, and logistics across different brands and categories.

At Macy's, Jamie held two roles. First, as the Product and Sourcing for Macy's Backstage Home and Global Business Partner Sr Manager, they led the sourcing and product development for the Home division of Macy's Backstage. They successfully launched multiple private label Home brands. Later, as the Head of Product and Sourcing for Macy's Backstage Private Brands, they managed and led teams responsible for sourcing, product design, merchandising, and logistics across multiple categories of business.

Currently, Jamie is working at Party City as the Sr Director Global Sourcing. The details of this role are not provided.
