Odette Welling

Odette Welling has extensive work experience in various roles. Odette worked at Party City as the Vice President of Merchandising since June 2021 and previously held the position of Director of Merchandising from April 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at 7-Eleven starting from 2007. At 7-Eleven, they served as a Field Consultant overseeing store operations and management from May 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Training Program Manager and Learning Specialist from 2012 to 2016, responsible for strategic planning, change management, and leadership development programs. Odette also worked as a Business Consultant at 7-Eleven from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Odette has experience as a Pilates and Spinning Instructor at IM=X Pilates from 2008 to 2012.

Odette Welling attended Winthrop University and studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Odette also attended Sierra Nevada College, where they pursued Business/Managerial Economics. In 2013, Odette obtained certifications from DDI | Development Dimensions International and Lumina Learning in the fields of DDI- Development Dimensions International and Lumina Spark, respectively.
