Jayne Gazdalski

Jayne Gazdalski has a strong background in retail buying and merchandising. Jayne is currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Party City since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Category Director at Horizon Group USA from May 2020 to February 2022. Jayne also has experience as a Buyer at Christmas Tree Shops from January 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they worked at Ross Stores, Inc. as a Buyer for Home products, where they gained experience in upfront programs and closeout driven businesses. Jayne started their career as an Intern in Store Management at Kohl's Department Stores. Jayne Gazdalski's roles have included responsibilities such as buying, planning and allocation, analyzing market trends, building vendor relationships, and growing e-commerce.

Jayne Gazdalski received their Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Penn State University in 2011. During their time at Penn State University, they also pursued minors in Spanish and Psychology. In 2009, they had the opportunity to study World Religion, Literature, and Advanced Spanish at Universidad de Sevilla.
