Sarah Hartwell

Sarah Hartwell started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Store Manager for Express at Limited Brands. From there, they worked as a Store Manager at Aeropostale in 2002 and as a Branch Manager at Charter One Bank in 2003. In 2004, Sarah became a District Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond. Sarah then joined Gap Inc. in 2005 and held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, HR Manager, and Sr. HR Manager until 2020. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Human Resources Supply Chain at Party City, and will become the Senior Director of Human Resources starting in March 2023.

Sarah Hartwell, PHR, holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marist College, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marist College between 1997 and 2001. Sarah also obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in April 2019 and previously in April 2009.
