Ivan Martinez

Ivan Martinez, PE, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and construction oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Pasco County Government since February 2017, Ivan has effectively managed Utilities Services Branch Capital Improvement Program projects related to water, wastewater, and reclaimed water. Prior to this role, Ivan worked as a Construction Manager at Black & Veatch and CH2M, where responsibilities included supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets, and leading inspection staff. Ivan's career began as a Civil Engineer at Eng. Miguel A. Bonilla, PSC, and included positions as a Project Engineer at Water Equipment Services, Inc., and Resident Engineer for the Puerto Rico Transportation and Highway Authority. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
