Sabina Maksimova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2017 onwards, they worked at PASHA Insurance OJSC, starting as a Relationship Manager and then progressing to become the Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Process Optimization. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at "Max print" OJSC in 2016. From 2012 to 2015, Sabina worked as a Project Coordinator at "ATESHGAH Life" Insurance Company. Sabina also has experience as an Office Manager at "CIDC Baku" MMC in 2011 and as a Practice in Accounting Department at "ALTERNATIVE GROUP" LLC from 2010 to 2011. Currently, they are also a Project Leader at Odlar Yurdu Sıforta Brokeri, a role they have held since April 2015.

Sabina Maksimova Cert CII, PSM, PSPO, BA has a strong educational background in the field of translation. In 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Translator English-Polish at Baku Slavic University. Following that, they pursued further education at University Slaski Katowice in Poland from 2009 to 2010, where they received a degree in Practice of Polish language and translation.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sabina has obtained multiple certifications. In October 2020, they earned the Cert CII from the Chartered Insurance Institute. This was followed by Scrum certifications (PSM1) from Scrum.org in September 2021 and (PSPO1) in July 2022. Most recently, they completed the Personal Finance Essentials certification from McGill University in February 2023.
