Vusala Hasanova

Vusala Hasanova, SHRM-SCP, is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations at PASHA Life since January 2021. Prior to this role, Vusala worked at EY from 2014 to 2021, starting as a Junior HR Specialist and progressing to roles such as Senior HR Specialist, HR Supervisor, and Learning & Development and Recruitment Lead for Azerbaijan. Before joining EY, Vusala gained experience as an Intern at UNDP in 2013 and as a Researcher at Conrad Hotels & Resorts in 2013. Vusala also interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in 2011.

Vusala Hasanova, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Exeter, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, in 2012, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Azerbaijan State University of Languages. Additionally, they had a summer school experience at Los Angeles City College in 2006. Vusala Hasanova has also demonstrated a commitment to professional development by obtaining various certifications, including the prestigious SHRM-SCP certification in August 2021.
