Penny Parrella

Penny Parrella has an extensive background in public service, with experience working in various roles within the City of Phoenix and City of Peoria. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at Paslay Group since October 2022, Penny previously held positions such as Council Assistant in the City of Peoria and Chief of Staff in the City of Phoenix. With a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1989 and an MPA in 1994, Penny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
