Shawn P. Owens

Shawn P. Owens has a diverse work experience. Shawn P. started their career as the CEO of Paso Robles Tank, Inc in May 2000 and continues to hold this role presently. In January 2011, they joined Associated Construction and Engineering, Inc as the Executive Vice President and is still in this position. In December 2022, they are set to become the CEO of Ultraflote Domes, Roofs & Seals.

Shawn P. Owens attended Paso Robles High School from 1983 to 1986, where they studied Welding Technology/Welder. After completing high school, they obtained several additional certifications to further their education and professional qualifications. In 2009, they became an AWS QC1-Certified Welding Inspector #09110891 through the American Welding Society. In 2014, they obtained their General Engineering Contractor (Class A) certification from the California Contractors State License Board. Most recently, in 2015, Shawn achieved the ACCP Level II Inspector certification from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing).
