Oleh M. is currently a Project Manager at Paspartoo, but they got their start with the company as a Business Development Manager. Oleh was hired with the task of building a Sales Department from the ground up and did so by finding clients in Florida and US Global. Oleh used Upwork and LinkedIn as their initial lead sources and found many connections and long-term contractors.

The next stage for Oleh was to discover the Inbound Direction. The main tools they used for this were the company website, SEO, Blogs, and working under CTA and modern UI. Oleh also used LinkedIn, FB, and Instagram for SMM, Cold Messaging, and PR for the company`s first faces. In addition, they worked with directories and listings to full-fill Company Profiles, manage subscriptions, and work with Inbound Lead Flow.

Oleh is part of a fantastic team at Paspartoo that is led by Sergiy Shlikov and Alex Ugodnikov. What started as a small studio team has grown into a big office family. Oleh believes that the best way to learn something is to be a part of the process you want to know.
