Yan G. Ni

Yan G. Ni has extensive work experience in the field of biomarkers and precision medicine. Currently, Yan holds the position of Executive Director, Biomarkers and Precision Medicine at Passage Bio, where they are responsible for building and leading a high-performing team in this area. They also play a key role in integrating biomarker, PK, and immunogenicity strategies with the clinical development plan. Prior to this, Yan worked as a Senior Director at Passage Bio and as an Associate Director at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing biomarker strategies for rare diseases and cardiovascular programs. Before joining Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Yan worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Research Investigator II, focusing on bioanalytical strategy and validation for immuno-oncology and cardiovascular disease studies. Earlier in their career, Yan served as a Senior Research Biologist at Merck, leading a project on developing monoclonal antibodies. They also worked as a Research Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Yan's work experience spans from 2001 to the present, showcasing their deep expertise in biomarkers and precision medicine.

Yan G. Ni has completed postdoctoral training at Yale University School of Medicine. They also hold a PhD in Neuroscience from UC Irvine. In addition, Yan has obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Emeritus in 2023.
