Chief Israel Operations Officer at Passages

Malcolm Fitschen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Malcolm started at Regent University in 2014 as an Alumni Officer and remained in that position until January 2017. Malcolm then transitioned to Passages, where they served as the Director of Leadership Development from December 2016 to June 2018. Subsequently, they took on the role of Director of Alumni Engagement at Passages from June 2018 to February 2021. Following this, they became the Chief Program Officer at Passages and was responsible for aligning the Passages program with the organization's mission. Currently, Malcolm is serving as the Chief Israel Operations Officer at Passages, a role they have held since August 2022.

Malcolm Fitschen began their education journey in 2010 when they enrolled at Regent University. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. Following this, in 2015, Malcolm attended Regent University once again to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Government, specializing in International Relations. Their studies at Regent University continued until 2016. Recently, in 2018, Malcolm joined the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Their educational journey at the University of Florida concluded in 2020.
