Dawn Brunson

Dawn Brunson is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Pre-College Programs at Passaic County Community College since May 2016, focusing on college and career readiness for grades 6-12. Prior roles include Assistant Director of College Bound/GEAR UP at the Abbott Leadership Institute and Site Coordinator, with a background in fostering parent engagement in urban education reform. Early career experience includes positions at Merck & Co., Inc. and as Site Director for the Youth Golf & Academics Program. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of New Jersey, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University, and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Rowan University.
