TRILITH PROJECT COORDINATOR

OBJECTIVE To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God and for people. The role of the Trilith Location Coordinator is to work alongside the Trilith Location Pastor to ensure that all scheduling, daily tasks, projects, and events internally and externally under their care are executed in a timely manner with excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help execute administratively and logistical tasks of the Location Pastor
• Manage scheduling, meeting flow, meeting spaces internally and externally
• Manage pastoral care administration
• Act as primary staff contact for Trilith seating team during Sunday Gatherings, ensuring our team is communicated with and seats are full
• Work alongside the Location Pastor to execute strategic initiatives for the location
• Assist in hosting the Guest Lounge during Sunday Gatherings
• Support the Location Pastor with managing expenses, team communication, meetings and gatherings
• Be the extension of the Location Pastor’s office within the organization and external engagements

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm + all day Sunday

Trilith Location Pastor

Strong organization, project management, administrative, and relational skills. Sees challenges as opportunities to problem solve. Ability to execute tasks while caring for the people in our House. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
