Javier Güemes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Starting in 1987, they founded Publicidad Creativa and worked as a Copywriter. In 1988, they briefly worked as a PR Manager at the Ministry of Ecology. From 1989 to 1997, they served as a Group Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather.

In 1997, Javier joined Dieste Inc. as an Executive Creative Director.
