Cynthia Staehnke

Cynthia Staehnke is currently the Director of Talent & Culture at Passport Resorts LLC, overseeing HR functions for Post Ranch Inn and Passport Resorts properties. With over a decade of experience in human resources management, Cynthia has held various HR roles at companies such as Post Ranch Inn, Straits and Sino Restaurants, and Alexanders Steakhouse. Cynthia holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Menlo College and an A.A. in Speech Communications from De Anza College.
