Kelsey MacKendorf

Kelsey Mackendorf is an experienced professional in customer experience and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Passport since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Underground Cellar from May 2021 to April 2023 and served as Senior Manager of Customer Support at Bungalow from July 2019 to January 2021. Kelsey's earlier experience includes roles at Imperfect Produce, where responsibilities included Head of Customer Care Operations, Director of Customer Care, and Customer Experience Manager from August 2016 to July 2019. Kelsey also worked as Head of Community at Din for a year from June 2015, and as a Community Advocate at Good Eggs from September 2013 to June 2015.
