Aneisha Hughes

Aneisha Hughes is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in talent representation, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as Board VP Elect Member and IDEA Fellow at the Association of Fundraising Professionals Silicon Valley Chapter, Aneisha also demonstrates creative talent as a theatrical and commercial artist with Aqua Talent Agency and Coast To Coast Talent Group, respectively. As the Founder and CEO of the Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program, Aneisha has made significant contributions to mentorship and community service. Additional roles include membership and event leadership within Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., talent representation with Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency, and participation in prestigious fellowships, including the 2023 Los Angeles Fellow with the Council of Urban Professionals. Aneisha’s educational background includes a Project Management Certification from Florida State University and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature & Communications from Florida State University, complemented by studies at Stanford University and other institutions.
