Georgi Krastev

Georgi Krastev has extensive experience in various roles within the baking and manufacturing industries, particularly in training, production supervision, and operations management. Since September 2002, Georgi has been with Pat The Baker as a Staff Trainer, holding a QQI LEVEL 6 certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation, and has also served as Dispatch Supervisor and Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included resource organization, documentation management, and supervising production teams to meet daily targets. Prior to this, Georgi worked as an Assistant Manager at Krastev LTD in Bulgaria, leading a manufacturing team and managing customer expectations. Georgi's career began as a strawberry picker in the UK before obtaining a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria, and a vocational degree in Chemistry Technology.
