Britney Shinall

Britney Shinall has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Britney started their career at Pizza Hut in 2007, where they served as a server and was responsible for taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Britney later worked as a hostess at Wings ECT for a few months before becoming a sales associate at JCPenney. In 2010, Britney joined Papa John's Pizza as an in-store employee, where they performed various tasks, including answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation. In 2013, they transitioned to Berrien County Information Systems as a Health Department Application Support Specialist, providing technical assistance for healthcare applications. Britney'smost recent position is at Patagonia Health, where they started as a Project Manager in 2017 and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager in August 2021.

Britney Shinall completed their education at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern Michigan College from 2007 to 2012, earning an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Alongside their formal education, they have achieved additional certifications, including being a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019. Britney also obtained the Registered Health Information Administrator certification from AHIMA in July 2018 and the Registered Health Information Technician certification from AHIMA in October 2012.
