Greg Grenzke

Greg Grenzke is a seasoned professional in product innovation and design within the outdoor and athletic industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Innovation at Patagonia since March 2025, Grenzke previously held several key positions at Arc'teryx Equipment, including Senior Director of Advanced Concepts and Design Director of Outdoor Product, from September 2018 to March 2025. Earlier experience includes a Design Manager role at Specialized Bicycle Components from January 2002 to April 2011 and internships at Salomon and Specialized Bicycle Components. Grenzke holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, completing this degree in January 2003 after beginning studies at Michigan State University in January 1997.
