Hans Cole

Hans Cole currently serves as the Head of Environmental Grants, Campaigns, and Activism at Patagonia, a position held since June 2008, following roles such as Director of Environmental Campaigns and Advocacy and Environmental Grants and Campaigns Manager. Prior to Patagonia, Hans served as a Business Planning Consultant at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and held various positions at The Jane Goodall Institute, including National Director of Outreach and Leadership, Director of Community Programs, and Deputy Director. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Instructor and Mentor Teacher at NatureBridge. Hans Cole earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from Williams College.
