Makarand Padalkar

Makarand Padalkar is an experienced professional in the printing and packaging industry, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Patanjali Ayurved Limited since April 2023 and as Director at Calibre Consultancy Services since April 2019. Makarand held the position of General Manager Operations at Patanjali Ayurved Limited from April 2016 to March 2019 and has also worked as Operations Maintenance Manager at Nasrpac Printing and Packaging, Engineering Manager at Golden Era Group, and Maintenance Manager at both Oriental Press and Nebula Home Products (P) Ltd. Makarand began the career in production and maintenance roles, including positions as Assistant Conversion Manager and Senior Executive Post Printing at Twenty First Century Printers Ltd. and Parksons Packaging Ltd. respectively. Makarand holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri and completed schooling at New English School Burambi, India.
